Exploration of our Sacred Cycles, focusing on the current moon phases, astrology and position of the wheel of the year.  Heart-womb connection. Yoga, dance, intuitive feminine movement.  Rituals and ceremonies.

Time to rest and reset in the wonder of Mother Nature, by the pool, on the beach and exploring the grounds.

Stay in the 18th century farm house or a bell tent at Mas de Mingall, a family-run olive farm. This eco-friendly estate provides a stunning backdrop and relaxed atmosphere for the retreat. Tucked away in the Catalan hills, less than 2 hrs south of Barcelona, Mas de Mingall is a haven of tranquility. Only a short drive from the unspoiled beaches and impressive coastline of the Costa Dorada.

Healthy vegetarian/vegan meals are lovingly prepared with fresh, local as mostly organic products.
